About Gabrielle

I am an evolutionary ecologist studying how anthropogenic global changes affect vertebrate evolution and conservation. I use a combination of field and experimental techniques to identify mechanisms and consequences of the phenotypic variation observed in wild populations. I am particularly interested in examining how introduced and spreading diseases affect the physiology and behavior of novel hosts.

I am committed to increasing the diversity and inclusion of STEM and academia through my outreach, mentorship, and leadership. To learn more, please visit my outreach page.
